FAQ: How can I cancel my subscription?
Answer
To cancel your subscription, all you need to do is uninstall the Buddify app. If you are eligible for a refund, please be aware that Shopify combines app charges with your regular Shopify invoice. Hence, we can process the refund only after receiving payment from Shopify.
