FAQ: When can I get a refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, please note that Shopify combines app charges with your regular Shopify invoice. As a result, we can only issue a refund once we receive payment from Shopify.
Is it possible for you to reverse the App-Charge?
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform app charge reversals on our end, as we rely on Shopify Payments and do not have a separate payment provider. Consequently, you can only receive a refund once the payment is received and processed.
