If a product imported from the Buddify App is to be returned by a customer, you must first check the supplier's return policy. If the supplier's return policy allows returns, you should go to the supplier's website and initiate a return yourself. Inside the Supplier Data on the brand's store page, you can find the supplier's return policy. In most cases, products must be returned to the supplier. In case of a dispute, please contact us by email ([email protected]). You can also visit the supplier's website by clicking on the link on the shop page in the Buddify app.
