FAQ: Why aren't some of my products showing up on the Buddify feed?

If you're not keeping track of the quantities of your products or if your total inventory for a particular product is less than two, it won't be displayed on the Buddify feed. To ensure that your products are listed on the Buddify feed, make sure to track the quantity of each one.
Additionally, if your total inventory for a particular product is less than two, it won't be displayed on the Buddify feed. Buddify monitors the supplier's inventory levels every hour and displays products as "out of stock" on the retailer's site when inventory sells down to 2 units to avoid overselling.
If you fulfill orders based on demand, you have the option to manually set the quantity of your products to an arbitrary number, such as 100, and then produce them as needed when orders come in. This approach, combined with actively tracking the quantity, will make your products eligible for inclusion in the Buddify Feed.
