FAQ: Why are Buddify products being archived from my store?
If a product is no longer made available for the Buddify app by a supplier, whether by deleting or archiving it, or by deleting or uninstalling the app, the affected product will be archived in the retailer's store.
Within a few minutes of the removal of the product(s) by Buddify, the retailer will be informed in the updates section of the app. You will find a list of removed product(s) there.
For example, if 2 suppliers make the products unavailable for Buddify, the retailer will see 2 separate updates summarizing the changes.
