FAQ: Is it permissible for a reseller store to use the product images, description, and title of the supplier?

By accepting our terms and conditions and becoming a supplier, you acknowledge that resellers are permitted to use the same product description, images, and title when importing your products. However, if you prefer that other stores do not use the same images, title, or description, please indicate this in the "Extra note" section or in your shop information.
As Buddify, we recommend using your own unique product description, title, and images whenever possible. If you are a reseller and unsure about whether to use the same title, description, or images, please contact Buddify or the supplier directly to clarify any concerns.
